Pre-Algebra Math - Solving Equations with Rational Numbers.  Students were given a handout with multiple examples of solving equations using rational numbers; including decimals, fractions, integers, etc.  Students were also given a list of steps to follow when solving equations for a variable.  The daily assignment was given and students were given time in class to complete the assignment.  HW - Pg 138 1-4 all.  Students must show their work and each step of how they solved the problem.

Computer Applications - Microsoft Word. Today students started Project 2 Apply Your Knowledge which will review/reinforce the formatting elements introduced in Chapter 2.  NO HW 

7th Grade Math -  Least Common Multiple. The daily assignment was given and students were encouraged to use the notes, handouts and tools created in class last week.  The front side of the assignment provides the LCM of two numbers and students must prove the answer is correct by showing their work in some way.  The back side of the assignment requires students to find the LCM of two numbers using the Factor Tree or List Method.  HW - LCM WS
