Pre-Algebra Math - Graphing Functions. Yesterday's homework was corrected and collected.  Students were given a new packet on Graphing Functions.  Students paired up, read through the material and then a class discussion was led to discuss identifying the input and output variables as well as selecting appropriate or helpful input values to produce a whole number output.  HW - complete the input/output tables for problems 1 & 2 and graph them.

Computer Applications - Microsoft Excel.  With over 1/2 the class absent due to ISAT testing it was decided to postpone the quiz one day and give students an additional day to prepare for the quiz.  HW - study terms for tomorrows quiz.

7th Grade Math -  Adding & Subtracting Fractions w/ Unlike Denominators.   A discussion was led to help students identify what was needed to add/subtract fractions.  Once students identified they needed a common denominator we discussed solving using the LCM (Least Common Multiple) and a Common Multiple and the additional work that may be needed if the Common Denominator is not the LCM.  Two sample problems were solved in class and students were expected to copy down each step as an example.  HW - complete the odd problems on the WS
