Pre-Algebra Math - Adding/Subtracting Unlike Denominators.  Students were asked to read the examples for adding/subtracting unlike denominators on page 131 in their text and then begin working on problem 1-8 on page 133.  After it appeared most students were done students were selected and/or volunteered to show how they solved the problems 1-5 on the board for the whole class.  HW - finish problem 6-8 on pg 133

Computer Applications - Microsoft Word. Students will have a quiz over Chapter 1 in Microsoft Word tomorrow.  Today students were given a study guide and answer key for the terms learned in this chapter.  Students who finished the study guide in class were allowed to complete any incomplete assignments or to do homework from another class.  NO HW 

7th Grade Math -  Greatest Common Factor. Students were given the whole class period to complete the worksheet from yesterday.  Once they were done they showed their assignment to me and I reviewed it with them to make sure they were solving the problems correctly.  Then students were given the homework assignment which is a worksheet with 24 GCF problems, student are only assigned the first 12 problems for homework.   HW - complete the GCF WS problems 1-12
