Pre-Algebra Math - Rational Numbers.  Today students started learning about Rational Numbers.  Students took notes about what kinds of numbers are Rational as well as examples of numbers that are Irrational.  Following notes, students watched a video to further define and explain the difference.  The video led to a classroom discussion on converting fractions to decimals and vice versa.   HW - Simply Fraction and write decimals as Fractions Pg 115 1-12 all

Computer Applications - MS PowerPoint.  Having completed PPT Proj 2 students began and most completed Project 2 AYK (Apply Your Knowledge).  This assignment reinforced the material covered in Chapter 2. NO HW

7th Grade Math -  Dividing Decimals by Decimals.  Yesterday's assignment was corrected and collected.  The daily assignment was given and students had to demonstrate their knowledge of setting up a long division problem by identifying the divisor, dividend and quotient as well as placing the decimal in the quotient.  After demonstrating that correctly students then have to setup and solve some dividing decimals by decimals problems.  HW complete the assigned HW WS.
