Pre-Algebra Math - Mathematic Properties. Class began with a brief overview of the math properties (associative, commutative, distributive, identity and zero), following which studnets were given an assignment to identify the property by its definition and or example. NO HW - if completed in class
Computer Applications - Technical issues today. All the students folders were mysteriously deleted on Tuesday. Our tech department is looking into whether or not the files and folders can be recovered. Until we learn more students are using class time to practice typing skills, read and do homework. NO HW.
7th Grade Math - Subtracting Integers. Following a brief review of the method (cross the line check the sign) to re-write subracting integers into the more familiar adding integer students were asked to complete yesterday's assignment. Once they completed the 9 problems they showed them to me to verify they were showing their work and solving the problems correctly. Students were then given the daily assignment to complete. NO HW - if completed in class, otherwise complete the daily assignment as it will be due at the beginning of class tomorrow.
