Pre-Algebra Math - This being the first day with these students, we went over rules, expectations, required materials and I gave them a copy of the parent letter to take home. Computer Applications - Today the students started Chapter 2 by learning the key terms for the chapter. In this chapter of Microsoft Word the students will learn how to format an essay paper including: headers, footers, footnotes, indents, paragraph spacing and autocorrect. No HW
7th Grade Math - Today students began our lesson on Order of Operations. We discussed why it was important to have a set of rules to follow for solve math problems, took notes and created a mnemonic device to help remember the correct order. No HW
